I've done a variety of work for Oak Student Letts, over the past few years however this was a collection of projects at once. The brief was to update their branding to advertise not only their premium lettings but to incorporate their vast array of housing that they supply to students each year.
Oak Student Letts wanted to advertise hundreds of properties ranging from 1-bed homes to 8+ bed homes so producing a base template to show them all off was tricky especially as they had to be interchangeable and ready for the public to take away. After coming up with multiple layouts we were delighted to proceed with this version and it definitely did the job both visually and informatively.
